Footage shows the scene after the double homicide at UNR Tuesday including where a stray bullet hit. Minor Arrested For Double Homicide Near UNR Police arrested minor Stefan Howard Jr., 17, before 4 p.m. on August 1. He is being charged as an adult in the murderers of two other minors on Virginia St near UNR just after midnight on August 1st. One of the minors killed has been identified by the Medical Examiners Office as 17-year-old Santiago Rodriguez who died due to several gunshot wounds.
